We provide free parking in front of the building. Please go to the 1st floor, suite 100 and check in with the receptionist.

Prepare for an eyelash session


Please arrive at the salon 10 minutes before your appointment. We do not guarantee appointments for late arrivals, nor can we extend the time period of your appointment.

Before arriving:

  1. Remove Eye Makeup: makeup near the eye area must be removed before the application process. We recommend a mild, oil-free cleanser.
    Avoid oil-based makeup removers. Please remove all makeup from the eye area including eyelash strips/tabs, mascara, and eyeliner.

  2. Do not drink coffee before the lash session.

  3. Do not apply face creams or sunblock to the eye area. The oil found in many moisturizers prevents eyelash adhesive from bonding to the natural eyelash and will reduce the longevity of your extensions.

  4. Do not curl your natural lashes for at least 1 month before your appointment. Extensions will not adhere to crimped eyelashes.

  5. Clean your lashes thoroughly, removing all oils, dirt particles, and mascara.Please remove any prior eyelash extensions before your appointment, or we will need to charge an extra fee to remove them.

  6. For your comfort and safety, children may not accompany client while experiencing services unless with another adult appointed to supervise.
